Young Enterprise Scotland is looking for ambassadors from Glasgow businesses to support young entrepreneurs in an exciting Circular Economy programme.

Over 30 schools across Glasgow have registered for the Circular Economy Challenge, a programme run by Young Enterprise Scotland and funded by the Scottish Power Foundation.

The programme, running from August to November, will see pupils create and market their own product or service which adheres to the principles of the circular economy and present it to a panel of industry experts at the end of the process.

YES is looking for support from Glasgow businesses. Marie Leck, CE Project Executive said,: “We hope that our ambassadors will visit schools mid-programme and share their stories with the pupils. These visits will coincide with the product review stage and thus the ambassadors can also provide constructive feedback to the youngsters.”

Would you like to inspire the youngsters by sharing your business story or by visiting schools to provide motivation? If interested please contact Marie at marie.leck@yes.org.uk
