About this event

Glasgow Chamber of Commerce has been committed to working towards a circular economy for the city with our partners and believes it can play an instrumental role in progressing towards economic recovery: particularly mindful of unlocking innovative solutions for businesses. The circular economy is a £3 billion opportunity in Scotland and one helping businesses to support their bottom line as well as improving their environmental performance.

The next in our series of sector webinars is in partnership with Scottish Engineering and will be looking at what opportunities exist for manufacturing businesses through the circular economy.

Join us on Wednesday 3rd June to hear from experts on why the circular economy offers an opportunity to do things differently, where to begin on your circular journey how it could help businesses as they adapt and respond to a changing economic landscape.

You will hear from Doug Morwood, Chief Executive of Insight Futures, Mark Atherton, Director of Operations for Superglass and Martijn Lopez Cardozo, Chief Executive of Circle Economy and former CEO of Black Bear Carbon who will be sharing their expertise and knowledge of embracing circular economy principles and the economic as well as environmental benefits for their business.
