Our Circular Mixer series, hosted at Material Source Studio and in partnership with Harley Haddow, are a fantastic opportunity to engage with fellow business professionals and deepen your understanding of how the circular economy can contribute to business growth and support the city’s climate objectives.

Joining us as our October guest speaker is Cassandra Belanger. Cassandra is the founder of The Stitchery Studio, co-founder of the Zero Waste Design Collective and Cut to Zero (a zero-waste design consultancy), and a founding member of Sustainable Fashion Scotland.

She has 15 years of experience leading workshops in sustainable design, textiles, and garment construction. Education is central to her creative practice, with a focus on helping people engage with more sustainable approaches to making and design. Her research and teaching focus on zero waste pattern cutting and textile design, alongside broader questions around waste colonialism, size inclusivity, body image, and decolonising design education.
