Tuesday 19th November, 4pm – 7pm
99 Kings Inch Drive, Glasgow, G51 4FB
This November, we are launching the Circular Glasgow Network where businesses of any size and sector will be able to learn more about the circular economy, connect with other link-minded businesses and share and showcase circular best practice. Our first network event will give you the opportunity to hear about the next phase of work for Circular Glasgow, hear first-hand from a global business who is leading the way in the circular economy and, of course, network with other Glasgow organisations interested in our city’s circular journey.
For our first network event, we are delighted to be working in partnership with IKEA who are a world-leading example of the circular economy in action having set some ambitious commitments for becoming ‘people and plant positive’. Learn more about their commitments here.
As well as hearing from the Circular Glasgow team about our next phase of work, we will be welcoming 3 brilliant speakers to share their knowledge and expertise of the circular economy. Wayne Hubbard will be showcasing some of the top disruptive businesses helping to accelerate the circular economy in London before Greg and Aileen share more about IKEA’s ambition to become a ‘Circular and Climate Positive’ business. Find out more about our speakers below.
